Booking Policy

When booking at Grassroots Holistic Grooming a Non-Refundable Booking Fee of 50% of your service value is required to hold your appointment.

We always send our clients a confirmation email 1 week prior AND a text message 48 hour prior to their appointments. Please read these messages thoroughly as it will have your correct appointment date and time within. Please respond to these messages. Failure to do so may result in the salon offering your slot to another guest.
Please arrive on time to your appointment or time lost may compromise your overall service or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Something’s come up?
I understand that life is forever changing and things come up. All we ask is that you give 48 hours notice so we can offer your appointment time to another guest. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel, reschedule or not showing up will result in you forfeiting your 50% Non-Refundable booking fee.

Repeat offenders, please don’t be offended if we take payment in full when you book in for future appointments.
